

ABOUT BREATHWORK
Private sessions are held virtually and include breathwork, grounding, and space to set clear intentions for where you are and what you need. This work is a good fit if you’re:

Carrying stress or patterns you’re ready to release

Craving a deeper connection to your body and your inner truth

Feeling stuck and want more clarity around what’s next
Each session is a chance to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself—without pressure or performance.

PRE-SESSION
PREPARATION

Avoid eating anything heavy at least an hour before we begin so your body can stay focused on the breath.

Choose a quiet, private space where you can speak freely and won’t be interrupted.
We’ll start seated, then move into the active breathing portion lying down—either on a mat or bed. Feel free to support your knees, but keep your neck flat so your throat stays open.

Have your camera on and angled so I can see you from the waist up during the breathwork.
​
It’s helpful to have a blanket, eye mask, pillow (for sound release), tissues, and a journal nearby.

Your session begins the moment you say yes. Pay attention to what’s coming up—we’ll set an intention, but your body may already know where it wants to go.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY​
If you need to cancel or reschedule a Session after booking, you must give Twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice to JenniRose Breathwork (the “Required Window”). Any cancellation or rescheduling request taking place after the Required Window has expired will be considered an Improper Cancellation. In the event of an Improper Cancellation, refund determinations will be made on a case-by-case basis, in JenniRose Breathwork's sole discretion.
