

ABOUT BREATHWORK
The breathwork methodology that Jennifer leverages is heart-centered, active meditation that purges the body of emotional and energetic debris. The client leaves the session having shifted stuck, stagnant emotional energy into a state of flow. Clients experience a tangible release of strong, negative emotions like anger and sadness, and find themselves more present, reconnected to their bodies, and out of the negative thoughts in the mind.

Jennifer’s practice centers on an active three-part pranayamic yogic breathing technique. Within this framework, the client is empowered to be in control of their own healing, setting their own pace and tuning into their natural rhythms.
